Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" — the jjtjkt website accessible at https://jjtjkt.cam, its mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Player" / "User" — any individual who registers an account and uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
• "Bonus" — any non-cash promotional credit, free-spin value, or cashback granted by jjtjkt subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary operational timezone of jjtjkt.
• "Togel" — numbers-prediction lottery game based on international lottery draws (Togel SGP, HK, SDY, Macau), offered on the Platform as an entertainment product.
• "Sabung Ayam" — live-streamed cockfighting events broadcast from internationally licensed arenas, offered as an entertainment product.
• "Bandar Bola" — online football bookmaker function; the sports-betting vertical of the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Use of jjtjkt is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
2. You are at least 21 years of age. jjtjkt operates as a 21+ platform. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of jjtjkt or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account. Opening or operating multiple Accounts (whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household) constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jjtjkt reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any Bonuses obtained through duplicate registration.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your national ID card (KTP), date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian phone number. Providing false information, particularly regarding age or identity, is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jjtjkt will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your password. You must notify jjtjkt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, jjtjkt will request KYC documentation, which typically includes: (a) a clear photograph of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driver's licence; (b) a selfie holding the document; and (c) proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile banking header). Verification is normally completed within 1–6 business hours (WIB). Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of being requested may result in Account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjtjkt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit amounts start at Rp 25.000 (e-wallets) and Rp 50.000 (bank transfers). Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Players with fully verified Accounts may be eligible for higher transaction limits upon written request to customer support.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes. jjtjkt does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which jjtjkt bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days per week). BCA and BRI withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during business hours. Other bank and e-wallet withdrawals may take up to 1–24 hours depending on the receiving institution. jjtjkt does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines during Indonesian public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume.

4.5 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on jjtjkt are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). No foreign currencies are accepted. Any currency conversion performed by a Player's bank or payment provider is outside jjtjkt's control and is not the Platform's responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jjtjkt are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry windows, which are published on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and a promotion-specific page, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus must generate at least Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is approved.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. jjtjkt reserves the right to withhold bonus issuance or reclaim bonus credit from any Account where fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or abuse of the promotional system is detected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days after issue unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements expire 30 days after credit unless a different period is specified on the promotion page.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on jjtjkt — whether on sports events (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup), casino games, togel draws, or sabung ayam events — are subject to the specific game rules published within each product section of the Platform. jjtjkt reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

6.2 Mix Parlay

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting) is subject to specific rules regarding minimum selections, voided legs, and payout calculation. A single voided leg in a mix parlay will typically reduce the accumulator by that selection; full payout requires all remaining legs to win.

6.3 Game Integrity

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are statistical long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed outcomes on any individual session or spin. jjtjkt does not manipulate game outcomes and publishes RTP data in accordance with the standards of its licensed game providers.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, technical failure, or power interruption during a live game session, jjtjkt will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, bets in play at the time of failure may be refunded at jjtjkt's discretion. Refunds under this clause are not automatic and require a written support request within 24 hours of the incident.

7 Responsible Gaming

jjtjkt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, available from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Rupiah.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session alerts and cut-offs.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders of your time spent and funds wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration selected.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly forbidden on jjtjkt and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Allowing, assisting, or facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 21 years of age.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses in bad faith (bonus abuse, as defined in Section 5.4).
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic or Account-based restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjtjkt Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "jjtjkt", the logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jjtjkt or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from jjtjkt.

10 Privacy & Data

jjtjkt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration information, transaction records, device identifiers, and gameplay history for the purposes of Account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Storage of personal data on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-layered access controls.
• No sale or disclosure of personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Retention of transaction records for a minimum of five years in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjtjkt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of winnings or Account balance resulting from technical failures, third-party payment provider errors, or internet connectivity issues beyond jjtjkt's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms that are subject to change.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by Indonesian banking institutions, e-wallet providers, or national payment infrastructure disruptions.

Nothing in this clause limits jjtjkt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by jjtjkt

jjtjkt may suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) a breach of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; (c) failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or (d) a legal or regulatory obligation requiring us to do so.

12.2 Termination by jjtjkt

jjtjkt reserves the right to permanently close an Account and terminate this Agreement immediately upon finding a material breach. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting, any remaining balance may be forfeited after investigation. jjtjkt will provide written notice to the registered email address where feasible.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course, provided KYC has been completed and no outstanding disputes exist. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements will have unfulfilled bonus credit removed upon closure; real-money balances will be returned in full subject to standard withdrawal processing.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjtjkt is incorporated and holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14 Amendments

jjtjkt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
